Howdy,

I am looking for a manifold, an 8 stacker ( 8 carbs) that will fit a (1969) 400ci

I don't even know if there is such an animal?

On them 8 carbs, is that for 8 Q-jets , square bore holley, or Dominator flanges your looking for?

I'm not sure. I have attached a pic of what I'm going for. This is my first hot rod venture since 1963, so I am really stumbling around hoping to create what I envision.

Many, many thanks for the help

I've never seen a Hilborn-style injector setup for pontiac... even if you could find one, it would be worth it's weight in gold.

However, if you just want the cool fuelie look, you could strap one of THESE things on:

Not sure about eight carbs, but both Edelbrock and Offenhauser made six-carb intake manifolds for the 3-bolt Strombergs or Holleys.
These were early model years and there could be fit issues.
Collector items I presume.

Just a follow up post to thank those from this site who helped me find/create an old fashioned Hilborn look for my 400ci engine. I owe a special thanks to Rance Baxter (www.rancefi.com) for really thinking out of the box and offering several choices. I have attached pictures of manifolds he suggested would work. (Sorry guys I bought the Hilborn) I called all of the "injection shops" but Rance was the only one who offered ideas and opportunities.
