I have an "older" set of aluminum wheels that have The following stamped on the back
"American Dragmaster" - "American Foundry and Machine Corp." I haven't been able to find any info on the wheels or the manufacturer. Does anyone have any history or info on these. I tried the wheels on my 67 GTO convert., and the style was appropriate for the "old days". The problem is, they do not have center caps. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Jim, are the rims you have a 5 spoke or a slotted design? Does the center you have contain 5 small screw holes? If so than reproduction or original American Racing center caps will work, the new style caps will no work because they are different than the vintage style. I have not owned a set Dragmasters but I collect vintage 5 spoke Torq Thrust style wheels. I will make a post sometime on how to identify vintage wheels, if I could see a picture of your wheels I would be able to tell you at about the time frame your wheels were made.

Thanks for the reply Ken, but - The wheels are a six slot design some-what like rally I's, and there are no screw holes around the center hub. I don't have a picture to send but I'll work on it. I've asked some local car guys, but have not come up with any answers. At this point it's become a challenge. If you have any ideas, I would welcome your input. thanks
