Congradulations to Scott Rex for running further into the 7's on Saturday. If the track was prepped better he would have been deep into the .50's.

Yep, with that run he went from 4th to 3rd for Quickest Naturally Aspirated Pontiac Ever. Still currently first in NA door cars and Fastest Naturally Aspirated Pontiac ever ...181mph (-might even include bonneville!)

Exactly my point, Scott's about to outrun the fastest dragsters running "On Motor" too!!!!

Would be neat for a door car to hold the title of Quickest N/A Pontiac also...just under Advanced ET a bit...7.49

Yes, it's the same. 517ci with Super Chiefs. I'm still waiting on a crankshaft for my new engine. Should be here by Christmas! (just kidding, David Butler is doing all he can to move the process along)

I think Rob means dragsters ???

I ran a 9" converter last year after I broke my 8". It was tight. The 60 ft time with the 9" was 1.12 it dropped to 1.09 with the 8" leaving at 6300.
