I ordered a Harmonic Balancer from GTOKID.
It arrived yestarday and look great, rubber looked like new and had no cracks. he also sent the little plate that goes with it for the pulleys, althoe im not shure if the plate goes behind the pulleys or in frount of them where the bolts go anyone know?? Anyhow GTOKID did me right on this order..no long wait or nothing, and good corespondance.

I've always found that the pulley goes on the balancer, followed by the plate. At least that's the way I've found every one in a junk yard to be.
