I have used the Edelbrock 850's...like em alot..although they are made for chevy's fuel outlet & linkage wise.
Have not used Jet stage 2's. Have used RAIV Pontiac quadrajets. Your question really needs more info from you to be answered correctly, but I DO like the E-850's they run well and have good off-idle performance.
