Does anyone have a diagram that shows where to locate the fender air extractiors for the 69 T/A?

Honest dad, that 455 on the side of the block is a serial number

When I went to fit up my air extractors, the front two studs matched the holes that are already on the fender for the two decorative bezels. Therefore, all I did was to insert the front bolts marked the locations for the rear and drilled them. Of course you'll need to cut out the vent holes in the fender to make it functional.

Not to hijack your thread or anything... But any of you '69 T/A owners have pot metal extractors? A friend of mine had one of the first cars built (in the first 5) and it didn't have the fiberglass ones. This car was a coupe and had almost every option on it.

Don't forget to paint the body area under the extractors flat black. That is in the assembly manual. Secondly, never knew the first extractors may have been casted. I heard the original hood on the promo TA may have been glass but was changed later on on that particular car. Always finding out something new !

Hmmm... I too have never heard about any cast air extractors. I figured that the proto/early TA hood scoops might have been cast (like the 400 scoops) but not the air extractors. The idea is to save weight.
