On my 67 GTO, gas pours out of the filler neck when I get on it.
I put a neck PY gas cap when I restored it and put an old one on from a parts car, same result. Any help would be appreciated. Walt

Make sure you are using a non vented gas cap, and that your vent rubber and hose are installed and in good working condition.

Additionally.....All 67's had a vapor return system from the tank to either a Fuel filter(early) or fuel pump(later). Make sure this has not been plugged off.
