How many CFM's would I need with an electric fan to run my car in traffic? I have a GTO 400/th400, with a small(ish) cam/headers/exhaust. I want to drive my car in traffic (Ocean City Cruise), but don't want it to get above 190.
Would I need to step it up much more if I built a 500hp 455?

There was a pretty good thread on this about a month ago, I can't remember the exact title of the thread. You can try using the Search feature to find it.

You will probably want upwards of 3000cfm.
The factory Belt fans generaly put out more than 5000cfm |
