Does anybody have or know where to get the proper bolt hole locations on the trunk to mount the rear spoiler on a 69 T/A ???

Gm drawing # 9797079 states that the dimensions are 15.4 inches from the center line of the trunk lid to the stud holes. The stud holes should be .312" diameter. The stud spacing (between the studs on one side) is 3.63 inches and the dimension from the from the rear edge of the trunk lid to the first stud is 3.9" When I installed mine I laid out the trunk lid so that it was exactly where I wanted it then modified the hole placement so that the wing sat perfectly between the rear quarters (same gap on both sides).
