Folks. Ive been told the 400 pontiac engine(not the 403) and the 400 chevy engine will not interchange parts wise. I have an edlebrock intake off a chevy 400 small block. Will it fit the pontiac 400?

beyond the c.i.d., and maybe the rocker arm studs, they are entirely different in almost every way imaginable.

No more alike than a 350 Pontiac and a 350 Chevy.....completely different designs that share the same displacement number, thats all.
