I double checked things last night. The lights are perfectly positioned over the holes.
So either the grills are backwards, if that can be done, or my lights are reversed, they were the repop's from PY, and I can't remember if they were marked L and R, I will pull them off and check, But in 3dueces pic, they look low, high angle pic, but they look low. I stood the coil up last night, and I like it sideway's better. I will just order a spare, in case it crap's out. I'm gonna get a chrome coil clamp though.... I would love to see more pic's of the fronts of other 67's.

I polished away all memories of that day!
The battery is now out of the trunk and now under the hood. I was very lucky. Quick disconnect switch was installed too. Come to Md and have a look. The beer is colder on this side of the river.

What part of Maryland are you from Rug? I use to be stationed (USMC) down in Quantico VA and I would travel from VA to Pittsburgh via I 70 thru Fredrick, Haggerstown, ect... I love to travel that stretch of hi-way.. beautiful views coming off thoses mountains.. I've also spent several summers down at Deep Creek Lake too. Garrett County is probably the most beautiful part of your state.

I am now, between D.C and Baltimore. I am more inland now. Isabel was the last straw for me...I live not far from rt. 70. and 95 for that matter. My store is in Chevy Chase Md. It is right on the D.C line. I live more in the country now. Garrett Co. is really nice. I have to say, I love my state, I have the ocean, the bay, the mountains. We have it all and the best crabs. Freakin expensive though. Stop by, and we can have a beer, and I can show you guy's what a KRE engine can really do....
By the way, I am installing electric cut out's on the goat this weekend......HeHeHe Why worry about the front lights, when all they ever see is the tail lights anyway!

I read somewhere, probably on this forum about how many holes from the side the emblem is supposed to be. The lights I thought could only go one way?

Rugratman-
What kind of store in Chevy Chase? Once I get my '66 back with its new power plant, I'd like to swing by. Jeff (White Marsh, MD)

Yea, I alway's kid with my bud's who all drive Mustangs and Chevelles about the cost's, open a Summit book, just look at the difference.
I went to my friends farm last weekend to watch the Skins game. I have a few more. Showing off a little.... The car is running like a rocket now, and I was playing with the electric cut out's this weekend. We also installed new hood hinges, aligning the hood, was not a easy job. The last pic, is the best by far....His camera is better.....Damn my head looks big in the one shot.....

I like them, but both of the back rim's have rust bubbles already.
They are only 2 summers old. Those wheels have been babied too...I put some clear nail polish over the spots.. The bubbles are not big, and you really need to closely look at them, but I do get alot of compliments. But I wouldn't do it again. Have you seen the billet rally 2's......? Sweet.

RR-
Went to www.wheelvintiques.com to take a look...the billet rally II's are sweet. Problem is...they only list 17" and 18" sizes on the site. May have to wait for 15" model. Got word from Jack Gaydosh...I pick up my GTO tonight! Look for me and my '66 Post on Sunday morning. I'll be there early...don't forget to turn your clock back Saturday night or you'll be there extra early. Jeff
