not to bad . some air tools ,drill , sand paper,patiens.use a drill and small bit 3,or 4 lol.

Very nice job!

If you did that all with hand tools then I consider you quite a craftsman!

You pic of the crossover passage in the flange is not clear...did you fill the hole?

I'd like to know about this too and if so what's the technique for that?

Default re intake

yes i filled the crossover hole with a small chunk of aluminum from intake that was cut to fit and tap in and j/b. weld. plan to put small thin steel under the gasket on the head side. Also working on aluminum bumper for front.that i am not doing on my own . just met some one that works with aluminum.still in the works not done yet.

jegtec1 i allso will be putting a 400/455 combo in my t/a have allmost every thing to do it just waiting on some more cash for decking my block 10 thou.off for 0 deck. need about 400 hp to do mid 12.s in my car . street , strip. hope i can get that. 30 over 400 / stan.455. 6x 40 shaved ,rpm intake lanati 230/ 490, 15.2 roller tip . 750 d/p . 373 but may go 323?
