Default Carpet Installation 69 Judge

Just finishing up the frame off on my 69 Judge and it's time to install the carpet. I'm getting conflicting stories on the proper way of making the cuts in the carpet for the seat brackets that attach to the floor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wink Inline Tube website...

John Kryta did give an excellent detailed description in his Judge restoration on this site. Not many folks get this detail correct.

Never thought to save the old carpet when I was gutting my '69 Judge. Never took pictures either. Original 64,000 mile car.

Good39,
I just pulled the seats out of my 69. The original date coded carpet is still in the car. Would you like pics of the seat mounting cutouts? You can PM me or email me at [email protected].
