Default Dropping in the new engine !

Well i decided to pull the engine from my 74 formula 400 and have it bored 30 over and to make it a bit more durable,replace all the rings pisons etc a bit more then a basic rebuild, any one have any tips for the install other then have all your tools/bolts/nuts first any problems encountered while installing or breaking in an enegine or any thing would be helpful thanks !

Take your time, check for leaks, pour gas into the carb bowl vent so the engine starts right away and keep revs around 2500 RPM for 20-30 minutes to break in the cam, and then go for a 50 mile drive making sure to not keep the RPMs constant.

Put in new engine mounts while you're there.
