If I remember right this type of joint has plastic injected into it to hold it in place.
If you heat the area with a tourch the plastic will melt out like one of those fourth of July snakes. knock it apart while it is still hot. clean out the plastic when it is cool. New joint will use clips provided. Hope I remembered this right??? |
