Default 65 GTO lower fender patch
Anyone used the reproduction patch panels for '65 GTO lower fenders?

I have several fenders that need patching in this area. The description on the Ames site says the quaility is poor (I didn't see them in the PY on-line catalog). How bad are they?

about a month ago i tried to order one from i think year one, it was 'not yet in stock'. if there's a place that actually has one i'll try it and see.

Ames lists a front fender rear wheelwell fender patch with the brace, but it is not yet available. The patch without the brace is the one that is poor quality. I will need the patch but I'll wait for the one with the brace if it is not too long in the future. There are still many things I have to do...like clean, strip, and prime the fenders. Bill

I have been waiting over 2 years for the one from Ames - finally gave up and repaired the ones I have.
