heres your BEST tip yet,(dont mean to brag, just see it as important especially for a beginner ) Get to the grocery store, go find the freezer STORAGE Zip-Lock backs with the big white write on spot. Then label all your bolts as you take apart, and bag, this is a must for me.

If you are pulling it out with the trany watch your distributor and don't smash it against the firewall !!!!

Go to your local Home Depot or Lowes and get a big (16 or 20 gallon) storage bin and use it as a "fluid catch all". Once I had my engine on the stand and we flipped it to get to the oilpan.. there was still alot of coolent and oil and crap still in the block. With the bin under the engine, it was a great way to catch all the excess fluid. Just my .02
