Probably, never tried..but their need is not as critical in a conv as in a H/T...Wonder if other people with original Conv 4 speed GTOs can chime in..I have only verified a few and would like to hear from others as well to confirm this theory...

I would think the reinforcement braces would work on a Convertible....I used the boxed control arms and rear sway bar off a Hardtop on my '69 LeMans Convertible.....!

My Restoration Guide states that the reinforcement braces were used on Manual transmission cars and High Performance Automatic cars!


Anyone have an extra set of '69 braces I would trade my extra set of 1966-67 braces for them!
