Hello. Sorry to hear about your misfortune.

Hopefully your 84' Electra Estate Wagon has more power than my 89' Pontiac Safari. Ironically, mine runs smoothly, but has dreadfully LOW power. I have stopped driving it because of it. Mine also has the Oldsmobile 307 V8. I also had a 1985 Chevrolet Caprice Estate wagon (same car as the Electra Estate/Safari), but it had the Chevrolet 305 V8. It was slow too, but was quicker than my Safari. Bad thing about the Caprice was that it was a big oil burner.
