70 GTO 1/4 glass re -install

My quarter glass is sitting in th ebottom of my quarter and off track. How do I reinstall ? I messed with it for about an hour no luck. Does the middle roller slide into the middle channel and the two outer rollers fit around the v looking thing? DO I need to take some of the mechanism out to get the glass back on the track? This can not be fun.
