Does a stock '67 4-speed LeMans always come w a posi?
Well that's my question--found a parts car 4 speed lemans--what are the chances it has a posi without having to dig it out and lift it up to find out for sure??? Does the fact that it has air conditioning make it worth more than $200? grill is good, has turn signals (which I need) quarters are shot... help me out here.

No.
Just because it has a 4-speed doesn't mean it's likely to have a posi, just another option that wasn't mandatory with that transmission choice. Chances are good that it's just a regular open rear.

If it has a console, and that's in decent shape, you'd be nuts not to buy it. Odds aren't that good on it having a posi. And with AC, it'll probably be something like a 2.93 gear. HTH.
