Bjorn,
Whose are some really nice pictures. Like MrPushRod, I miss living in Houston too, well, I was in Katy. Love the cooler full of Shiner - reminds me of days spend on Lake Conroe.

Here is my 68 Firebird 400

I got "Best of show" for it at the 2005 nationals here in Iceland.
Placed 3.rd there in 2004
And even 5.th. at an international show held by the National Drag Racing Club in 2003
I did not take it to any shows this year.
I am rebuilding the number matching engine for it and I am hoping to use it alot more next summer, the 12+ C/R 455 that is in it now isn´t very user friendly

Default My 67

Here is my 67 bird. Had it for almost a year now. My first 60's Muscle car. I spent some time cleaning up the engine bay and making it reliable. Now its time to work on some of body work.

Here is a pic of my 69 Convertible. It is a 350 2V/turbo 350 car. I just painted the wheels and mounted the DB Redlines. I'm still undecided about putting the trim rings back on.

Default My wife's 68 Firebird

Restored this car in 11 months, it was rough but came with all new sheet metal and NOS stainless.
350 H.O. with 350 turbo trans.
Original color was Copper Bronze with an awful pea green interior.
Color now is Montego Magenta with a parchment interior.

Default Firebird Picture

Here's a pic of my 67 Firebird. I purchased this car in 1981 for 325.00. It was a far cry from this. I am currently building a new engine fo her. A stroked 400[461]. I will also be installing a Tremec TKO 600 5 spd. trans. It's good to see so many nice Firebirds.

I'm a bit backwards. First group of pics is my car when I first restored it at 18. Second is the condition of it now, 12 years later. Hope to be finished by end of summer.
