Saw this on e bay. Anyone know the skinny on this or dash pads being reprod'??

Always read the description carefully.

It says "new," it does not say new old stock,

It is a "new" reproduction part.

It looks good in the pictures, but I would like better pics or to see it before I would spend very much.

Haven't seen or heard of a dash pad repro, I doubt it will happen. It takes a very complex and expensive manufacturing process to make one.

It would appear that someone is finally doing a reasonably good repro of the early dash bezels (agree - would like to see better pics). Wonder when/if they will hit the catalogs, and at what price...

The seller has 38 transactions on ebay. 37 of then are things he bought. Only 1 transaction as a seller for something back in December 03. This guy suddenly has a line on a new reproduction dashes? Doubt it.

I asked the seller this AM if bezel was NOS,repro or refurbished & have not heard back yet.
The auction pictures look like they were cut from a catalog?

It seems Ames Performance is who is doing them. $380???? Whos getting one?? Let us know how it turnes out.. Steep price... OUCH!
