The main thing is you want to make sure these parts are as clean as possible. When I painted the interior parts of my 97 GTP I work some rubber gloves to keep skin oil off of them. Clean with a good soapy solution and rince them real good. Then I used an adhesion promoter. The brand around here is called Bulldog. Worked real well just follow the instructions. Don't cut corners here. Ask you local auto paint store what they recommend. I then used a primer the same color as my interior. Since I was staying black I wasn't too concerned with bleed through. So if you can use a good primer. Then I used SEMs interior paint and sprayed several coats. So far it's held up well. You are going to get scuffs eventually but if you're careful the paint should stay intact.
