Default Stupid looking double blown

Is there an advantage to a double blown skyscraper stuffed Pontiac like the GTO in the new HPP magazine? Seems like a blind spot.

I loved his car. I hated the 2 blowers.

I have that issue and I read the article...........it says in the article that there isnt really any advantage. He just did it for show and plans to run only one blower when racing the car.
The owner of the car is a member here at PY.

Saw it at Norwalk this year.
Beautiful car.
Told Bill he needs a shift lever that go's up past the top of the dash to match the theme.

Nice GTO, saw it at Norwalk. Uniqueness is the advantage.

It's exactly what he wanted, and it's not a cookie cutter car.

I love it!

I'm sorry it doesn't meet with your approval. Next time, I'll get your permission on how I will build MY car. Silly me for not checking with you first. I'll make sure it doesn't happen again!

For those who just don't understand the concept of being different than the crowd, I'm sorry. I'll sell it real cheap and go down to the vanilla store and buy a white 72 Firebird Formula. Seems EVERYBODY has one of those. Maybe I'll get a 77 Firebird Formula or a 69 Grand Prix and REALLY stick out in the crowd.

I'm sorry you are too shy to stand out or too uncomfortable to try something different, but that is no reason to slam somebody else for doing what THEY WANT to do with THEIR car. Since you probably rode the short bus to school, have a friend or caretaker read this link to you. Maybe then you will have a clue.

If he would have said "not my style" or " I don't like it" or something semi-tactful, it would have been alright. But to title the thread "STUPID" is something else. I didn't throw the first rock, but I will throw them back!
