It's PPG "Shop-Line" which as I understand, replaced the Omni brand.
I just scuffed up the old Omni epoxy that's been on for nearly a year. I'm ready to put down a fresh coat of epoxy and I want to know how long it has to cure before I can put the 2k on. I find lots of info on the maximum window before you have to scuff and respray but nothing about the minimum time before I can coat with 2k.

For DP, you can coat it after an hour, and Im sure the ShopLine or Omni would be the same.

I figured I'd browbeat someone into committing.
Thanks CDJr...

Thanks P455. None of the P-sheets I found seemed to be concerned about the minimum curing time before topping with 2k so I guess it's not that critical. As a rule, I think I'd go with the advice above and wait one hour or more.
At any rate, I waited until the next day. Came out nice, I think. ![]() ![]() ![]() It's come a long way from this! ![]() ![]()
