Default Bushing removal

Can someone give me some tips on how to remove the upper and lower control arm bushings. The service manual is pretty much useless for this job.

suggest you search in the suspension forum as this has been covered to death. The factory service manual procedure is very good in this regard once you have the arms off the car.

Haven't had to change the lowers, but have done the uppers while on the car using an air chisle. Spray them up real good with WD-40 oil then vibrate them out. Going in they get greased and tighten the bolt to press them in.
