Default A/C Not Blowing Fully Out Dash Vents

What is the most likely cause of the air not blowing fully out of the dash vents on high on a '79 T/A if the fan is working properly? Is it a bear to get to the cause or air door in question?

You might be able to access some of the cables and flapper doors if you pull the glovebox out. You'll have access to the top of the A/C duct box. Maybe one of the cables came off. Good luck.

make sure the main air duct under the dash on the passenger side isn't broken anywhere and is connected properly
