I hear ya about traction.Im starting to work on that now.I built the rear for this car before i did the motor and went with 3.90 gears and i only have a 26" tire.Im going to be changing that before the track to some 3.42.I ordered some frame connecters and a set of caltracs.I will bring slicks or at the least some drag radials for tires.All that should help me out alot.The way it is now with 3.90,26"tire, and no traction bars,the car will go through all three gears on the shift light in 100 feet if i punch it off the line.. Forget about using the trans brake,i have not even thought about touching it yet.
