Smile 68 pontiac parisenne or catalina

First time here, I have a 1968 parisenne (canadian car) I'm looking for front and rear quarters and rockers, any help would be greatly appreciated. Also wondering does anybody know if the 1968 catalina and parisenne car have interchangeable body parts? I have heard that the american car may have a slightly shorter body (2") Any body know where to get new or used body parts for this car? This was my first car when I turned 16, I bought this car from the original owner and would now like to fix it back up. Thanks

There is a company that makes rear quarters but they are not good quality. They list them as being the same for the Parisenne and Cat. The front ends I believe are for the Parisenne only as the wheel base is smaller for the Canadian models then the American Pontiacs. The nice thing is the frame is the same for the Impala so there are more parts available. Pat

Which body panel is affected by the wheel base being shorter, front or rear quarter? Or both? Have you bought quarters from the company with the poor quality panels? What is the company that makes the panels called? Do they have a web page? Do you know of any place to get good used panels? Thanks

http://www.showcars-bodyparts.com/pontiac.html

Here is the link. I would think from what they say the front fenders would be the area that is shorter than the US cars. I have not bought from them but is what I have heard. As a last resort I guess a poor panel is better than no panel.
If they are the same as the Catalina then try Steve at www.pontiacheaven.org

If you would like to measure the fender from the door to the opening of the wheel I can measure mine and compare the difference.

your car is based on the chevy chassis and drivetrain. better match to those frames than the same year pontiac.
