Default Supercharger Buyers Poll

In the next two weeks I would like to collect a list of POTENTIAL SUPERCHARGER KIT BUYERS as an incentive to further move this deal along. Please PM me if you are interested at least with a name and general address: Like (T Vaught - Dearborn, Michigan)

Thanks

Tom V.

The Blower is a Centrifugal Blower. If you want a baby roots deal this is the wrong post for you.

Tom V.

ps

76 looks and all that I get is one guy asking about a baby roots deal. maybe the market really is not there for a Centrifugal Blower deal for a Pontiac just like it wasn't there for the 200X "GTOs" that Vortech made a kit for and no one wanted.

I have about three years into the Centrifugal Kit for a Pontiac, I have no interest in even thinking about a Turbo Kit at this time.

Looks to me like it was a waste of my time.

Tom, any idea if it will mount to a 2nd gen firebird? May be a larger market.

Once you have the basic brackets to mount the supercharger/accessories then you can evaluate the other components that you might need to move on the car.

Brad Spidel has a Firebird with an F-2 Blower on it.
Brian (BadBird69) has a F-2 blower on his firebird.
Lee S. (CLS) has a Vortech XX blower on his firebird.
Obviously they did something right to get those blowers
on a F-Bird.

The GTO kit is developed. For the time being the F-Bird guys might have to use GTO parts and adapt as required.
may not be that big of a deal. I do not own a F-Bird so
I cannot speak for package on the F-Birds but others can.

I think it is a great idea and I would definatly be interested depending on a few things. It would have to fit a 1st gen firebird, cost, would want to see a pic of how it is set up in the car, and most important... I still need to find a good project car.

As with anything, people are going to want to know what kind of specifics and approximate price range I think before you'll get much response. What people say they'll do online, and what they'll actually do are generally different, especially with no specific info.

Already have it for an ATI unit, not trying to steal Tom V's post but check out my website. Have been supplying ATI Prochargers with results for Pontiac for over 7 years.

Ken Keefer and I are Friends. Ken presently has a Firebird kit that you can see for a firebird on his website as he mentioned in his post above. Look it over. Presently the supercharger people are looking at a GTO test market.
F-Bird stuff could be adapted until parts for a F-Bird are created by the company. SMALL STEPS!

If you want a supercharger now is the time to evaluate a professionally designed Supercharger type kit for a GTO and until then if you have to have a kit for a F-Bird you can buy Ken's stuff. I agree that if the GTO stuff takes off the F-Bird stuff will follow.

Check out Ken's site.

I am hoping the GTO kits will be in the Summit BB Chebby price range.
