Got it!
We have accomplished the pick-up and are on the return, but had to stop at a Inn to check the status of the white cooler. Will post pictures tomorrow of the final arrival at SDD's ranch in the Hills. Growlers are being tapped as I speak. Brew Last edited by Brewster; 04-13-2009 at 11:29 PM. |

Your welcome Brewster, and thank you for taking that extra day off and doing the road trip with me.
![]() That was a quick deal. You and Dick had the car loaded and locked down by the time the Seller and I exchanged the paperwork and we were back on the road! There was no way I was going to drive it to work this week as I did not want my employees to know I bought another car after a freeze in performance reviews. (Read no raises). So Brewster had the nasty job of driving it for me, everyday, to his local to me job requirements for the remainder of the week. (perfect driving weather all week) I hope that 3 days of "Hell" will be my punishment on me one day with your 4-SPD SD Brew!! I LOVE this Car!!!!!! It is amazing how many looks and thumbs up I get in it, none of those folks even know that it's an HO car! Just a cool sleeper that might surprise you ![]() I guess I'm a HO Guy now too!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() :usf lag:I might need some more therapy though..... SDD

That is pretty close to my definition of a perfectly optioned Formula, wow......
HO, 4 spd, no air, TA suspension, gauges, PS, PB, tilt Formula wheel, geez...... It came hub caps? I couldn't resist honeycombs. And the great choice of not ordering a spoiler, has it all

No 361/G80 as ordered????? It has a 12 bolt G80 in it now, no problem for me there. Spoiler was added. I would of spec'd it that way if I had ordered it anyway. (sorry) Rally II's with the chrome trim rings added, N98 and 471/P06 respectively. Looks like it would of come with the standard wheels with dog dishes or whatever Pontiac called them. Revere Silver Code 14 with black interior code 261 and 724/Y90 Custom trim group I have not looked for a build sheet yet, but doubt I would find one anyway. 08' Nats pictures attached for your viewing pleasure. Oh, got one more car on it's way, should be here by end of month, but that will get a post on one of our "other" thread/Forum sections................. ![]() SDD

In 1972. the Formula Y99 Handling package cost $87.00 and included 15" plain steel wheels with "dog dish" caps and trim rings. Honeycomb wheels were available for an extra $123.00, Rally II wheels were available for $87.00 Only 851 1972 Formulas were ordered with the Y99 Handling package. In 1973, the Formula Y99 Handling package was priced by the tire selection chosen: F60-15 with space saver spare cost $72.60 F60-15 without space saver cost $87.00 GR70-15 with space saver spare cost $158.60 GR70-15 without space saver cost $167.00 It came with plain steel 15" wheels and "baby moon" hubcaps unless Honeycombs or Rally II wheels were ordered. In 1974, the price of the Formula handling package was included in the tires. If you ordered 15" tires, you got the handling package. Handling package price does not appear on the invoice of a 1974 Formula, but if it has 15" tires on the invoice, it has the handling package. |

Thus the search begins!
I agree that the car would look great with the dog dish wheels due to there are plan easy going like the rest of the body trim. LOL, Brew |
