Thanks for everyone's positive feedback. I've had the car for 14 years but it spent the past year being pretty much totally restored. The car has only been to one show so far and that was back in the Fall. This spring I'm planning to attend the big Ocean City Car Cruise in Ocean City, Maryland. If any of you reading this thread has ever been to this show in the past, I'd like to know what you thought about it.

Rag Top Man
I've been to both the Ocean City Md car show/cruise and the one in Wildwood, NJ Both are great shows, but the Ocean City Crowd is twice the size. Take your car, a camera and some good walking shoes. You will definitely be impressed ![]() Make motel reservations early, as most people book for the next years show before they leave. Ron

The Spring event tends to be the most crowded (as opposed to our Fall event). I live about 5 miles from OC and I have a '66 Marina turquoise hardtop. Maybe we'll see each other.

Nice pics.! I'll have to keep an eye out for your LeMans when I'm cruising up and down ocean highway. About that Airplane...have you ever visited the Piper Plant in Loch Haven PA? I don't think it exists anymore but I could be wrong. I took a tour of that Plant back in 1980...many moons ago, and enjoyed it very much. |

I've been to the airport in Lockhaven, but the Piper plan/museum was closed that day!

WOW what a beauty!!! Rally I's and black walls! The articles in the magazines may be right after all, stock rims and correct tires seem to be making a come back!!!
That car is absolutely beautiful...

Thanks,I ran the engine in my Trans Am race car for a few years. It ran high 10s with a best of 10.82.Its got 9.3 comp so I can still run pump gas and its fairly street friendly.I had to do alot of work to those 660 Holleys to get it there-LOL.Its a blast on the street.

Here is mine. Painted over 4 years ago. Spotts built motor going in. Just finished s/s custom brake lines in order to move the Dist. valve back to clear headers and add lineloc.
Finally starting to work on it again. Excited to get moving after seeing Paul yesterday. |
