Get used to the new motors site, it is being jammed down out collective throats. Go to the site map at the top, then discussion boards, then the motors board and see any of 15+ threads about how well the new site is liked, this has been going on since last May.

Bob it's not just the Motors forum. I followed your link above everyone over ther is hopping mad.
I followed Bob Vidans link posted above and found this posting. OPT OUT! I followed a thread posted here and found an Opt Out option posted by Gail. This gives you the old format back, as this is a test. The Opt Out link is found at the bottom of the search page. Look hard, becaust this is; The proverbial small print, just click on Opt Out and get happy again! And then send email to Ebay, just because you Opt Out, does not mean that this change won't be instituted! Going to check it out will rport back

This is off the subject a bit, but I was trying to find a local car that I found out was sold on eBay after the fact.
My search results only went back two weeks. Is there a way to change the dates of the completed listings you want to find? Is there a limit to how old the auction is? I think the car in question was sold in December. I wanted to see what the car sold for, and what was disclosed in the description. |

what really sucks about the new ebay motors is even when you do actually get what your searching for to pull up, it has a hard time scrolling down the page for some reason. the rest of the new ebay works fine though just the motors suxks. the regular e motors works fine too and i know its not my pc making the search pages freeze its their site

Everyone that posted here or who has read these posts and uses Ebay Motors needs to let Ebay know how we feel about their lousy new format. Bitchin' about it on this site may make us feel better but it will have no impact at all on the Ebay crowd.
It is obvious that the turkeys Ebay has programming their site have never searched for car parts on Ebay Motors. |

I was annoyed by their site today too.
I found the link by going to the ebay motors new hom page, and waiting for it to load up; center and top, under their banner in small print is the option to go back to the old format. Searching with the new ebay motors is a huge PITA - you used to be able to do a backwards search from a bookmarked item (like say you're looking at a Muncie main case, you used to be able to click on the "manual transmissinos & parts" group, and it would bring you there... it doesn't work with the new page(s). If everyone read this thread I'm sure collectively we will save lives because stress only shortens your life... and this new site is plenty stressful!!! BTW - message left! Thanks for the link!!
