245/60/15's on 15x8 rims?

Just want to check before I spend the money on new shoes for my 72 Lemans. Hoping to run this combo front and rear:

245/60/15 BFG TA's
15x8 rims with 4 1/2 inch backspacing

Anyone see any issues with this combo?
