Ive seen that car. Nice restoration. I think the BIN price is just a negotiating tool. I dont think the seller is looking to get that much.

I hate the make an offer part of Ebay motors. If Im looking to buy a car, it turns me off. If I go to an auction website to buy a car, I want to bid in an auction and not go back and forth making stupid offers.

Negotiating tool huh? That's like bringing a Cat350 to plant your mom's begonias!

That car is worth every penny - maybe even more. Just so happens that I have a similar car I will let you "steal" for $825,000. I'll even throw in a pair of sneakers.

850 would buy a nice property to build a house on, a nice multicar detached garage and a few nice cars to fill garage with.

I would take Andre's car before that one anyday, I love his car and remember the resto well from start to finish. I am a big fan of the gold cars, they are the perfect representation for the era.
I do not think that car is worth that much, sorry.
Regardless of what it is actually worth, the greedy/principle side of me also says this car was given away for nothing and you want how much for it???

Nice car and appears to be well done, but certainly grossly over priced. Anyone else notice the lower crossmember appears to have been cut open and welded back? Maybe it got man-holed and had a replacement piece put in?
Either way, someone should have spent some time on that part.

Yeah, I noticed that too Steve.

BTW, that car is about a 1/2 hour from me, along with the 1.5 Mil Banshee and a host of other over priced cars. If you come up to buy it give me a call and I'll take you out for a beer... Actually if you can pay that much for a GTO you should be taking me out for a beer.
