Another possibility - cover the body with leather and have your car printed onto the leather (something like Waylon did with his Telecaster's). Or maybe get some in-lays in the finger board.

I totally dig the inlay idea. I actually have two extra necks that are the same as the guitar I am using for this project. It may be beyond my skill set but I am willing to give that a try.
