Frank Gatarz 215 Brokaw Court Neshanic, NJ 08853 Email: [email protected] - The SD-455 Registry ... Apparently "blast.net" is a dead provider. Edit: Greg - you might try " [email protected] ", as blast.com IS a current provider. Just a thought . . .

Checking out the registry, I see that the owner has submitted a little more detail on the car in 1/2007. He states it is his sister's car, as was verified by the former neighbor I spoke with last evening.

Thanks Norwood for your support, however it appears we do not have the support of our moderators.
I can only hope that they have at least noticed the 26,404 hits of this thread and maybe someday will be honored with our own forum. Until then it beats anything else on the net! |

That time of the year these parts start coming out since everyone is cleaning garages and working on there cars.
Still need an intake for 73 SD for a bud if anyone know of one but they seem to be hard to find? Suppose to hit 70 degrees up here this week and rain. Looks like a nice weekend and with clean streets I'm thinking my first rip of 2008. Might have to u-tube a burn out for all to enjoy! |

I talked to this seller, you may want to check with him regarding an intake. below the auction link is his response to my question to him about the fate of the car.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...TQ:MOTORS:1123 "I do not have the car body. That went away to rust and corrosion in 1986. I have the block, heads, crank, exhaust, trans, scoop, shifters, distributor(s), pulleys, brackets, timing cover, balancer, bolts, and other fasteners, etc. I am presently taking offers for the entire inventory I have that relates to the SD. I have the title, vin plate, and data plate. The vin# is 2U87X3N139502. Regards Dave" |

He sold everything for 21K. Keep an eye out in the future for the recreation of that rare car. He said it was a 4spd with a/c. I didn't think that was possible? Oh and it was one of the two Admiralty Blue ones.

Thats a good idea in order to help document that this car has been crushed. Hope no one falls into a re-tagged, re-body, rip-off.
