After doing some research I need a little more help.
I'm looking for a tire for general cruising city/hwy.
I've found a few options and am now confused.
I put a tape to the tires and look as if they are 25".
Any and all input appreciated.

I assume you mean 25" diameter. Unless you are very set on "correct" tires, radials will make the car handle and ride like it never has. There are redline radials available from Diamondback and Coker. Size 215-70X14 or 225-70X14 will fit your car just fine. They will cost just less than $800 a set installed. These will be between 25" and 26" in diameter. I think redline bias ply tires cost about the same.

go to tire rack .com ...got myself tires WAY cheaper than $800 for my lemans...225 X 70r14 white wall yokahamas..nice soft ride, 40,000 miles tires, quiet on hwy, great in rain, even got stuck in small snow storm with them, AOK traction...and all for a mere $65 each or $260 for set of FOUR!!! hell, that giveas you a great set of tires for less than 1/3 what you will pay, and I can use the saved $540 to buy myself a fill-up per week for each week of July and Aug(8 weeks)!!!! yippeee... no gas crisis here!!!
