You get what you pay for. I would go with MSD. I bought a summit distributor a while back and although it was new it had a few problems. The springs lost their tension very quickly and the rubbing surface on the centrifugal weights was rough and ratchety(?). I put in old springs and it ran better. I polishes up the rubbing surface and it seemed better, then after about 4 months the module went out.

I currently have two msd Distributors and 6al's and after 10 years with one set up and two years with the other I have never had a problem yet.
