I had them do 2 dashes for me last summer and it was a disaster, I sent 4 to get done, after waiting 5 months longer than he said it would take, I only got 2 done and the quality was poor and the dash was cracked when I got it on one of the corners from pulling to hard on the material. I would not even go there, the texture of the vinyl was a little rougher than original also, had to touch up the glove box door cause the vinyl color started peeling off, my advice spend the extra for just dashes!

Dash recovering
Darren,
Try giving Doug Harris a call from Dash Specialists in Oregon. His number is 541-776-0040. I bought a dash that he redid from Bob Vidan last yrae at the GTOAA nats in Columbus. Bob brought three dashes down with him. They were all black but mine was re-dyed to red and it turned out great. The turn around time is quicker and the work is equal to Just Dashes. |

Dash recovering:
You are welcome Darren, I think there price is less expensive also. Your car has a sandlewood interior, yes? If you need a excellent glovebox with Judge emblem I have one.

Darren,I received my 69 GTO dash back from Dashboard Restorations about a week ago.It will be a while before I install it,but I feel the workmanship is very good. The foam used underneath the vinyl does appear to be stiffer than original, but then again this may help keep it from cracking like the originals all did.Pete at Dash. Resto. was most helpful in getting my glovebox door to fit.Good luck!
