No children, I taught at public school.

There is nothing wrong with public school, what I should have said is that you did not go to public school enough and perhaps not at all.

I thought you were going to work. Please we all need a little breathing space.

Was hoping to get an answer, Amy...but perhaps it was too much to ask?

Oh, how this topic shows the many intelligence levels the Pontiac community brings.

...and Pontiacs continue to set quietly in garages everywhere, collecting dust.

My Comments:
I don't know if you can sue her Ray, BUT, I do hope that you will accept my apology for not finding out about this “ she was wrong” Darcie deal until today. I did not post much for a while and must have missed that post by Darcie.

I remember when Amy called me up on the phone, told me all of these stories about how Darcie “was wronged” by you. Larry Davis was my friend (and your friend) and I was caught off-guard. Sounds like Amy owes you an apology too, Again, I hope you accept mine.

The thing is Brian, I have a excellent memory for comments people make. Part of the old training I guess. I seem to remember all kinds of trash talking about KRE going on behind the scenes when a certain fairly new engine in a 65 GTO blew up in Toledo, Ohio. Now those comments seem to be conveniently swept under the rug by the same individual.

Funny how that deal works. I may not be liked by some but I tell people what I think and when I find I am wrong I fix it ASAP.

Tom Vaught

I am done with this board for a while until I cool off. This news REALLY PI**es ME OFF.
I can confirm everything said about Ray and Darcy.
Ray refused to go there alone the last couple times after all the BS here.
We returned the parts not sold and get Ray's $1000 blast cabinet that had been there for years.
Larry would let me come over to use it, and told me it's was Ray's.
Darcy just wanted to get rid of everything RIGHT NOW cause she was selling the house, car and truck, 4 wheeler, guns, and all the furniture do to extreme dept.
She gave Ray all of Larry's paint products. Probly worth $500. Was just go'n to throw it out.
I went back a couple weeks later to get what was left in the barn. She wanted nothing for it.

She was going thru the worst time of her life. Happy one minute, cry'n the next...and someone was F'n with her mind
I cant continue...

PS; I miss ya Larry... hope the hunting's great.

Ken-

The owners of a forum can certainly be drug into court because of threads posted on their boards. Happened to a friend of mine that runs a car board; apparently there was a thread that mentioned street racing and she got drug into court (when someone got injured at a street race) for "promoting" street racing. After many thousands of dollars spent on lawyers she finally got the case dismissed, but it was a very hard deal for her and her family to go through and almost wiped them out.

Another friend of mine runs another board and he has been contacted by lawyers many times asking to remove content.

As far as "the situation" being discussed, IMO it was handled poorly by the vendor.

And there are many posts/threads promoting KRE and their parts on PY. There is no "plan" or "intent" to harm anyone or any business. Everything gets posted, good and bad, including problems that may arise with PY's parts business.
