i have a warrior intake but its already ported and is large X Huge my question is there an aftermarket single plane T2, Victor, ect that can has ports that start at the same size or preferably smaller than felpro 1233 for my Ported D-ports?

I have a Victor for sale in the for sale section that is port match to a RAIV size (my ports measure 2.19x1.14). I am pretty sure that is what the 1233 gasket is.

I just port matched a Victor that was very close to the 1233. It was slightly smaller. It's the closest I've seen.

Agree,the only one close is the victor.

Torker II is listed by Edelbrock as 2.03" x 1.03" .

That torker II port size is very close to a stock intake port size.

The victor is listed as being 2.10" x 1.08" .

The fel-pro #1233 intake port size is listed as 2.20" x 1.18" .

As stated that is pretty much the RAIV port size.

It's not a ton of work to open up the torker II to the FP #1233,but be sure to watch what your doing carefully,the upper outer corners on each side can get pretty thin if the intake has any core shift or such.

I sell Tomahawks that are port matched. and ones that have been fully gone through. Both kinds are in stock.

John Angeles's Tomahawk(ported by him) BEAT OUT his fully modified Victor(also ported by him) by a whopping 30 hp!!!! This was NOT on my dyno. BUT I do have the sheets!! John gave me permission to make it public. He was VERY happy. Apparently 30 more hp is a VERY big deal to a Super Stock racer!!

Thanks guys, i don't mind the ports being smaller at all its just when they start out too tall or wide, i don't like using epoxy all that much but its not too big a deal, so sounds like T2, Tomahawk and victor will work perfect, i want to do some testing of my own so thanks for the advice!

RPM ports are stated by Edelbrock as being 2.06" x 1.10" .

The RPM ports are ever so slightly bigger than a stock intake port in my experience.

But a quick port match on the heads,and that port size is usually is just about right for the stock RPM intake port size.

For that "basically stock/port matched" port size I use the Mr. Gasket ultra-seal #5848 intake gasket,as that gasket measures 2.06" x 1.14",I use that with the torker II also most times.

But to answer the question,yes the RPM can be port matched to the Fel-pro #1233 intake gasket size.
