Default a little progress

Looks like it will finally start looking more like a car than a pile of parts pretty soon. Mostly.

1970. These pics are a week old. The body is completely on. I want to temp mount the glass nose before I post more pics. The nose will tilt (or easily come off). At both the front and rear, the top line of the wheel well opening is right at the top of the rim. Turned out better than I had hoped. Has a real aggressive look to it. More pics in a week.

Looks like mine. A Fred Flintstone car. Keep the faith and a good relationship with your banker.

Body is on the frame. Everything seems to fit with plenty of clearance. This is the ride height in the rear. About 6" lower than a stocker by our measurements. But until its actually rolling on the ground its hard to get a feel for how low it really is. And there is still plenty of suspension travel. Still working out some last minute issues (minor) up front. Might be rolling next week.

Good thing Steve puts on Pontiac Heaven every year!

Lookin' great, Tom. Can't wait to see it when you get it on the ground.
