Sorry, there is no core support. Only the body shell and frame.

I picked up my core support and some other parts from the powder coaters this afternoon. Hope to start putting them back together tomorrow after work.

Did you have your inner fenders done to match your core support? And what color powder coat is that? Did it turn out to suit you?

I need to do some work on the inner fenders first, then I plan on having them coated. I am not sure about the exact gloss but it is a standard black powder.
As far as the job they do, I am satisfied. If I wanted to I could probably prep some of the parts for a smoother finish. However, I am not going the show car route so I choose to let some of the flaws remain.

I picked up the 67 body Friday afternoon and started cutting it up yesterday. I know you have heard of Lo-Jack but this car was equipped with Flo-Jack.
Anyway I spent $200 for the powder coating and another 200 for the parts car. I put in 12 hours this week working on the core support and the parts car.
Labor 213 hrs= $4,260.00
parts = $5,843.15
total = $10,102.15

What condition are those 1/4 moldings? Do you have the doors, too?

What quarter moldings do you mean? There wer no doors with the car.

Please forgive my ignorance but is this what you are referring to? If so, they could be buffed out. Also, there are some small dings in them that could be worked out fairly easy.

I did not get anything done this week. Family came in Thursday and just left. Hope to get rolling this week. I may have some time off until our next job is ready.

I got the parts car cut up and the remains to the scrap yard. I am off tomorrow so I hope to load the body and rotisserie on the trailer for the trip to the body shop later this week.

I loaded it on the trailer today. It just does fit on an 18 footer. I also put a makeshift support under the body. I will take pictures tomorrow.

Here are some pics of the rotisserie on the trailer. Hopefully, it will make the 90 mile trip to the body shop. It is all highway travel once I get out of my subdivision.

I stripped the trunk lid yestreday. It had three layers of paint plus three layers of primer and a skim coat of Bondo. I thought the thing would be in bad shape but was pleasantly surprised to find only two very small dents and no rust.
I wasn't able to get the body to the shop. My buddy, who has a car in the shop, had to go back to Illinois for a funeral. Maybe, we'll get it done this week.
Anyway, I spent 5 hours on the trunk lid, so labor is now at 223 hours and parts remain the same. That will change when I order the trunk pan and quarter patch panels.
