Don't know how many were made that way, but it's a rare option for sure! i've never seen the woodgrain dash delete plate before, only saw the black pebbled one on a couple of 66 GTO's, maybe PHS or the GTOAA people might have a breakdown on this option. mostly an option for warm climates (like Hawaii) and for drag racing to save weight.
