No..Not even close..68 fit in bumper while 69 don't..(Lemans/GTO are different too, as are Tempests(Lenses))...Here are pics of 68 GTO and 69 GTO for comparison...

No..The 69 Lemans and GTO are different (as are the Tempests for that year)..

If I'd tell you all the wrong applications I see on Ebay every day, I could write a book!

Especially the 69-72 Chevelle/GTO/442 descriptions of items that are specific to GTOs only...

The '69 LeMans plastic taillight housings may interchange with '69 GTO, but the lenses and bezels are different. Did you get the little copper ground wires with the clips too?

The plastic housings and copper wire grounds are the same for 69 GTO/Lemans/Tempest. The lenses and bezels are different.

You may be in luck if they are good condition. Those parts are not reproduced and if somebody needs Lemans or Tempest parts they are worth something. BTW the Lemans and Tempest taillight lenses are even different for 69 but the bezels are the same for them.

The 69 GTO is a completely different animal. One year and one model only for taillight lenses, bezels, and sidemarkers.

When it comes to ebay auctions, anything that can remotely be associated with a GTO, built in the same factory for instance, will be listed as GTO.
