Default Cool Race video

Pun intended.

Several Pontiacs in there. Don't think you'd ever get Kenny out of sunny Florida for this one.

The traction there is similar to our track during the regular racing season.

Instead of VHT they use Ice melt..

Wow! I do believe that's in Merrill, WI at the Council Grounds. I used to live up there as a kid, in Gleason, WI. My father used to run a 65 Corvair back in 1971 or 1972 I believe. I was in like 2nd or 3rd grade when he did it. He did pretty good because of the rear engine! He never did let me go watch though.

How does the starting line stay together???

A few years ago me and a friend were setting up motocross bikes to race on ice. Just as a goof I did a burn out in the shop and that spiked tire cut right through the concrete floor! How the heck is the ice in this video not completely destroyed after a few cars launch?

Cool vid - there was a guy in Iceland that ran 9's at the Drags and also ran mud & sand racing with his 428 68 Firebird - Don't know if he did Ice & snow racing .
