k guys dont laugh
what does gasser mean? a buddy of mine is building a gasser i didnt want to sound like a tool asking what that means?

Straight front axle at least, but probably lots more things that make a car a "gasser." Usually the front ends are jacked up so the axle is really prominent when you look at the car. Usually they are pre-GTO era rides (think tri-chevy's, etc.) but people do muscle cars as gassers too sometimes.

Many times the rear axle is moved forward to put more of a rear weight bias on the car and often times makes for great wheelies.
