Probably not the place to ask, but how do you upload photos, and have them embedded in your response the way Keith did? Whenever I upload, they are attached at thumbnails....

I have a few to post too.

Upload your pics to a remote server like photobucket.com and cut & paste the links directly with your response. Do not attach them as thumbnails.

I believe the term comes from the fact that a Chevy Impala was a popular vehicle for this, and the animal in the Impala emblem kind of looks like a donkey...
